Cigraph Service provides an “interface” for our users in the areas of:

technical support for our software
upgrade contracts and technical support
basic and advanced courses on our products
technical consulting on our programs and various platforms.

Acting as a single contact point, Cigraph Service is technically and professionally qualified to handle – just-in-time – any request presented by Cigraph system users, guaranteeing a set of integrated services that allow communication with its partners on a “personal” level.
Cigraph Service provides designers and studios with a single access point for receiving timely information on new systems and products as well as learning about offers that apply to them and the most appropriate upgrades for their information systems.
Cigraph Service also provides an online contact for information regarding the most efficient use of the company’s software.

Alessandra covers the regions of northern Italy, including Aosta Valley, Piedmont, Lombardy, Liguria, Trentino Alto Adige, Veneto and Fruili Venezia Giulia.
