Cigraph Dongle
If you already have a Cigraph Dongle, after buying or updating ArchiSuite, you have to load your Dongle, updating it with the authorization to use the product you bought.
Warning: if you still haven't bought or updated anything, you can't update your dongle.

Exactly like you're used to do with the ArchiCAD dongle, you need to be connected to internet with a computer with ArchiCAD installed, or at least the wibu deriver (for those who use ArchiCAD with the Codemeter dongle, don't forget to install the wibu driver), and the Cigraph Dongle connected to one of your USB ports.
Use MS Explorer or Apple Safari (not all the other browsers are compatible with the WIBU dongle management software).

If the computer where ArchiCAD is installed is not connected to internet, you can update your Cigraph dongle on another computer (only the wibu driver installation is required) . Another option is the .rtu file: you must contact us, the .rtu file which will be sent to you by e-mail (the file can be received at any workstation with an internet connection).
Copy the .rtu file to the computer where the Cigraph Dongle is connected (and ArchiCAD is installed), then continue as described in the Guide (some instructions are different on Windows or Apple).
The Cigraph Dongle requires the Wibu driver, so, if you use a wibu dongle for ArchiCAD, your computer shouldn't find any trouble in "talking" to the Cigraph Dongle, anyway you can always download the most recent Wibu driver if needed.
