ArchiQuantPlus

Stand-Alone in English
Ok, the interface of the WEB page may look a bit amateurish now, but this is because in the last two years we have focused our energies on software development. ArchiQuantPlus was born as a starting point from the old ArchiQuant 2 but has been completely rewritten and redesigned to improve the interface but also to make it more complete and functional. We also have to thank all the architects who have collaborated with us in this project from various countries around the world.
What does ArchiQuantPlus do?
It allows you to associate the items of a price list to the geometry of the ArchiCAD project, being able to add further information. Then it calculates the quantities and costs of the project allowing you to view the data in lists on the screen or to export them in various formats (Excel, text format or other formats).
For those who haven't seen it yet: A little homemade demo
Who needs ArchiQuantPlus?
A) Every Architect can estimate how much the construction costs will be based on his experience at the start of planning. Unfortunately, in many projects, the variants that are added later are decisive for how much more the building will then cost in reality. The possibility of knowing the costs in advance, considering the variants, helps enormously in planning decisions.
B) In most cases, the Bill of Quantities are made by experts after a completed plan. The responsible specialist must take an ArchiCAD plan to hand and individually determine the positions and link them to his price list. The possibility to have an Excel list in advance and to find it with the structured items simplifies the workload enormously.
We now have two work processes where ArchiQuantPlus can really make the work easier. Furthermore, we would like to add as “Nota Bene” that we have tried very hard to create a user interface that is simple and understandable for everyone.
Software license
ArchiQuantPlus, in stand-alone version, needs a serial code (license ID) to work. This code will be send to buyer by e-mail after purchase.
If an office needs several licenses (e.g. 3), then it can choose whether it wants 3 different codes (ArchiQuantPlus-S in the store), or only one that applies to 3 workstations (ArchiQuantPlus-M in the store).
The license of the stand-alone version is only valid for one ArchiCAD / ArchiQuantPlus version (e.g. version 25). If you want version 24, you have to purchase a downgrade.
Price (all prices are net if VAT is requested)
Euro 440 - for each new workstation (e.g. 3 workstations version 25) = 3 * 440 => 1,320 plus VAT)
Euro 220 - for each Upgrade / Downgrade of a workstation license. If you have a license for 25, you can buy a license for 24 for 220 euro but also you will be able to buy a license for 27 for 220 euro too. The version changes can skip versions at no additional cost.
